London Cocktail Week is a celebration of London's world-leading cocktail culture - and that celebration wouldn't be complete without including some of the city's most award-winning and revered bars. 

This is where the Connoisseur's Collection comes in. We have curated a programme of luxury, one-of-a-kind experiences, that have been created especially for London Cocktail Week. Some of these are once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to try rare spirits, some are unique chances to make reservations in places where that is usually not available - and some are simply the best of the best when it comes to cocktails. 

These experiences are incredibly limited - some with just a handful of tickets available. If you're keen - make sure you book them quickly. 

Scarfes Bar at Rosewood London - 10 Years of Scarfes

An incredible opportunity to book a table at the lauded Scarfes Bar at Rosewood London. Guests will enjoy Scarfes special cocktail of the month, before being guided through a taste of the newly created Scarfes Bar Whisky, in celebration of the bar’s tenth anniversary. Reservations are not usually possible at Scarfes Bar and so this is a very unique chance to guarantee a spot - but is limited to only two booking opportunities per day.

Sexy Fish - Whisky Tasting 

An unrivalled opportunity to taste some money-can’t-buy whiskies from the top shelf of Sexy Fish’s unbelievable collection. With a welcome drink on arrival and complimentary dishes sent out from the chefs - this is an absolute once in a lifetime chance to be guided through a tasting of some very very rare liquids.

The Aubrey at Mandarin Oriental - Special Omakase

A very special Omakase Experience with The Aubrey’s Bar Director Pietro Rizzo - creator of the experience, in which the principals of omakase, which translates as 'I'll leave it up to you', are applied to a series of exquisite cocktails. These experiences will be hosted by Pietro himself - who doesn’t usually run them directly himself - and he’ll be bringing some techniques that have never been seen before in The Aubrey’s Omakase sessions. This is a  deeply immersive and interactive ever-changing experience through the expansive world of Japanese spirits that are transformed into new exciting serves.

GŎNG - Tasting Experience

Take in the breathtaking views over the capital at this specially curated tasting opportunity at Gong at Shangri-La The Shard, London.

The special menu will include; two specially created London Cocktail Week cocktails (made with Fords gin), two cocktails from the bar’s signature "Hues of Culture" menu inspired by the intersection of colour, culture, and history, a sharing platter (including assortments of sushi, sashimi and Asian bites), Asian mochis and two glasses of traditional Sake. With a guaranteed window seat this is a perfect opportunity to fully experience the bar on the 52nd floor.
