London Cocktail Week is starting with a bang at Callooh Callay. Head to the Shoreditch OG bar where they will kick off the festival in partnership with Hennessy and the sensational REM bar from Rome.

For those who work in the trade, head to Callooh earlier and dive into REM's seminar at 5pm, where the team will be talking all things ‘Reframing the Bar Thinking'. 

Then, from 7pm,  REM will take over the bar, featuring four incredible Hennessy cocktails that showcase their signature creativity.
