Glasgow stalwarts Absent Ear bring their art-inspired, delightfully disorientating drinks to Hackney's botanical paradise, The Natural Philosopher.

As well as the bar takeover, the evening starts with a masterclass on the history of the iconic Martini cocktail, from it's 19th-century beginnings, through its heyday, the changes it went through thanks to a legendary fictional spy, to modern interpretations, hosted by Sipsmith Prestige brand ambassador, Gergo Murath.
