This independent cocktail bar is part of Pan Pacific London and is a wonderful space with a team who are knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. Designed by Tom Dixon, the interiors are inspired by naturalism - and the cocktail menu is rooted in flavour, focusing on just a few ingredients per drink with a minimal presentation. The team has an impressive premium spirits collection too - for connoisseurs of neat booze, this is a true treat.
