Do Not Disturb is their discreet, underground and sophisticated speakeasy cocktail bar which takes inspiration from the clandestine bars of 1920s New York with hand-beaded images of Ziegfeld Follies girls lining the walls, beckoning guests into this secret bar through a darkened entrance tucked back on Garlick Hill. As if that's not enough, upstairs is their beautiful roof top bar. In one sweep, the view from Mercer Roof Terrace takes in London’s skyline, from the dome of St Paul’s Cathedral to the glass tip of The Shard. It really is a perfect spot to overlook our beautiful city.
