The bars that take part in London Cocktail Week are personally invited because we feel they really showcase the very best London has to offer when it comes to cocktails and atmosphere.
Space on the London Cocktail Week list is incredibly limited and the opportunity is relevant to cocktail bars only. Preference will go to independently-owned venues. Venues with a restaurant or competitive socialising as the primary focus will not be accepted.
There are a few key things to note;
- Each participating bar will be subject to a £150 admin fee.
- Each bar is responsible for creating at least one £8 Signature Cocktail which needs to be available during all your usual opening hours during the festival (03-13 October 2024).
- Each bar is responsible for securing a brand partner (if required) to collaborate on the Signature Cocktail.
- Each bar is required to distribute wristbands to guests who have pre-purchased tickets (step-by-step guide will be provided).
- Each bar retains 100% of the revenue from their Signature Cocktails.
- Each bar will additionally be allocated wristbands to sell directly to consumers at £20. Bars can keep 100% of the revenue from the wristbands sold in their bar.
- The wristband price includes a printed guidebook which will feature your bar, the address and a short review.
London Cocktail Week is now operating as a not for profit event - and we want to really ensure the festival benefits and grows our bar community. YOUR increased profitability is really important to us, therefore, venues are able to directly sell wristbands across the bar - and keep 100% of the revenue (£20 per wristband). You can sell an unlimited number of wristbands.
The deadline for new bar applications for the 2024 festival has now passed. Please do get back in touch in June 2025 to be considered for next year's festival.
