For one week, The Rotunda Bar & Lounge at Four Seasons Tower Bridge presents a special collaboration between Head of Bars Michele Lombardi and Executive Chef Giacomo Tranquilli.

Together, they’ve created a limited-edition menu that celebrates the harmony of food and drink.

Guests will enjoy three dishes by Giacomo Tranquilli, each thoughtfully paired with a bespoke cocktail from Michele Lombardi.

The experience highlights the shared artistry of kitchen and bar, where flavour, balance, and creativity come together in every pairing.
