The Donovan Bar, led by cocktail Maestro Salvatore Calabrese and Federico Pavan, teams up with Adam Byatt, chef-owner of Michelin-starred Trinity and Chef Director at Brown’s Hotel, for a rare, hands-on workshop during London Cocktail Week.
This exclusive session explores the intersection of gastronomy and mixology, offering ten lucky bartenders the chance to hear from two of the industry’s most respected professionals, chef Adam Byatt and Federico Pavan, their approach to culinary and cocktail creations, how to layer flavours and achieve the perfect balance. Participants will also taste a limited edition menu of paired bite-sized snacks and cocktails created especially for London Cocktail Week by chef Adam Byatt and the Donovan Bar.
