Join GŎNG for a once-in-a-lifetime cocktail experience high above the city as Schweppes partners with Shangri-La at The Shard for a dazzling London Cocktail Week celebration. Sip your way through a very special mini-highball flight of five serves — each inspired by the iconic landmarks visible from GŎNG, London’s highest bar in collaboration with Bombay Sapphire, St Germain, Patrón and Grey Goose.

Crafted on a bespoke flight board, these playful yet elegant creations have been imagined by an all-star line-up of the Schweppes Pioneers — Millie Tang, Simone Caporale, Iain McPherson, and Vasilis Kyritsis — alongside GŎNG’s own Head of Mixology, Mitsuhiro Nakamura.

Expect boundary-pushing flavour, world-class creativity, and a view like no other.

Curated for us by Anna Sebastian and her team, who work alongside luxury bars and hotels all across the world, this is your chance to taste something truly unique in some of London’s very finest establishments. Bookings are always recommended to avoid disappointment.

About the Schweppes Pioneers:

Iain McPherson is the owner of multi-award-winning bar, Panda & Sons, in Edinburgh and the pioneer of advanced freezing techniques adopted by many of the world's best bars. Iain was recently listed as the global drinks industry's most influential person 2025 in Bar World 100's coveted annual list. 

Millie Tang, having grown up in Brisbane, is now helping lead the bar program at one of Paris' newest and most globally respected openings, De Vie. 
Both pioneering bartender with a passion for sustainability and renowned industry photographer, Millie travels the world in equal measures, both behind the bar and behind the lens.

Simone Caporale is the founder of SIPS Barcelona, widely regarded as one of the world's very best bars having lived at the number one spot in 2023, and has been the driving force of many more, including Artesian's 4-consecutive-year stint at the top spot together with Alex Kratena. With Barcelona's oldest cocktail institution Boadas now under his helm and Hong Kong's newest opening, Montana, in partnership with celebrated bartender Lorenzo Antinori, Simone is the epitomical bartender's bartender and a truly global pioneer of the industry.

Vasilis Kyritsis came into the spotlight when he co-founded Athens' bar, The Clumsies, going on to win multiple awards and helping position Athens as one of the great cocktail capitals of the world. His more recent bar openings, Line Athens and Walk In, have further assured the city's reputation, with Vasilis' approach to sustainability and circular economy in his bars, of which he educates to bartenders around the world, positioning him as a true pioneer of the global drinks industry.
