For the second year running, πΆπ₯π΅ serves as one of London Cocktail Week’s Education Hubs, offering a Bauhaus-inspired preliminary course exploring the fundamentals of taste, aroma, and flavour.
This hands-on session draws on the iconic school’s design principles, guiding participants through the process of crafting highballs using Schweppes Sodas. Guests will enjoy a short history of Bauhaus, a non-alcoholic tasting of recomposed lime, sampling of custom monochrome distillates, and the opportunity to build their own signature highball.
The class concludes with a relaxed highball social, offering a unique chance to experience the intersection of design thinking, flavour exploration, and creative cocktail-making in a communal setting.
