Speak in Code has been a Manchester highlight since their inception in 2018. Their forward-thinking approach to cocktails focuses on sustainability with a reduce, reuse and repurpose approach: from aromatic cordials made from spent lime husks to banana skin bacon. If they can make it themselves, they do, and if they can use it again, they do. In the end though, it’s flavour over everything.

Founder Nathan Larkin will be heading to Happiness Forgets, who themselves deliver on their promise of "high-end cocktails in a low-rent basement" every time.

Expect sensational cocktails and one of the friendliest services around. Definitely one not to be missed!
