Following the release of their book on bubbly drinks, Bubbles: A Guide to Carbonated Cocktails, the team behind the now-closed Crossroads Bar brings the fizz to Soho. Hosted by Disrepute and powered by Moët & Chandon, through their cocktails the authors, Bart Miedeksza and Valentino Girotto, will explore how versatile bubbles can be.

From the velvety and luxurious Champagne-style fizz, to the spicy and bold effervescence of supersaturated cocktail, they’ll showcase how bubbles can make every occasion special.
