As part of London Cocktail Week, Dinings SW3 has partnered with Showerings cider & Toku sake to host two exclusive evenings of cocktails and food pairing. Join them on Thursday 3rd October and Thursday 10th October for a menu of sake and cider inspired cocktails paired with a Japanese menu of iconic Dinings SW3 dishes.
Guests will enjoy four cocktails - two crafted with Showerings cider and two with Toku sake - along with tastings of both, paired with a menu which includes their sushi chef’s sashimi selection, Kara-age fried chicken, Nasu dengaku, and, of course, the legendary wagyu burger.
The drinks: Three variations of 'Dorai'dry Martini, spiced apple Highball, mandarin & sansho Margarita, a tasting of both Toku and Showerings with the brand ambassadors, and a toasted sesame Lowball
The food: Chef's sashimi selection; shrimp tempura inside-out roll, tempura flakes, taramo sauce; Tar-Tar chips, Wester Ross salmon (Ullapool, Scotland), yuzu emulsion; seared A5 Japanese wagyu beef (Gunma, Japan), chilli miso Roasted beetroot, tahini miso; steamed mini burger bun, Japanese wagyu beef (Gunma, Japan), date teriyaki sauce, spicy sesame emulsion; Nagoya-style spicy chicken wings, sweet soy glaze; Kara-age fried chicken, home blended spices, umami mayonnaise; grilled purple sprouting broccoli, moromi miso Nasu-dengaku, double-cooked aubergine, red and white 'dengaku miso'; Soba ice cream and bento box.
