The Donovan Bar is an iconic cocktail bar located within the luxurious Brown's Hotel in Mayfair, London. It’s renowned for its stylish, intimate atmosphere and its connection to British photographer Sir Terence Donovan, after whom it is named. Head there to enjoy a bespoke Vesper Martini made with vintages from the era of the 1953 novel Casino Royale, where the cocktail was first named by author Ian Fleming.
