Little Blue at The Peninsula London will be introducing an exclusive 90 minute experience for The Connoisseur's Collection.

Guests will be guided through this incredible experience by Aude Fraisse, the Head Mixologist at The Peninsula London, supported by the Little Blue Team. The experience will offer a unique immersion to British Gin through The Peninsula London’s unique collaboration with Cambridge Distillery.

The experience will include 

• A welcome drink / palate cleanser to start

• An introduction and tastings of our three bespoke gins with three specially crafted cocktails playing on our British collaboration with Cambridge Distillery blended with the intimate and beautiful setting and heritage of Little Blue 

• A dim-sum platter created by The Peninsula London Chinese Chef, Terry Wong

£60 per person (a discretionary service charge of 15% will be added)
