Step into the world of James Bond with The Spy Bar's exclusive Vesper Martini experience, paying homage to the iconic "shaken, not stirred" martini. The legendary Vesper Martini, first crafted by Ian Fleming’s James Bond in Casino Royale, embodies strength, sophistication, and timeless style.

Named after Bond's unforgettable love interest, Vesper Lynd, this classic cocktail combines 3 parts gin, 1 part vodka, and ½ part Kina Lillet, reflecting the refined palate of 007 himself.
 

At Spy Bar, embark on a journey through time with three distinct vermouth pairings:

• The Past: Featuring a vintage Lillet aperitif

• The Present: A unique blend of Cocchi Americano and Lillet Blanc

• The Future: Our exclusive Raffles Vermouth Blend, macerated with fennel pollen, elderflower, and quassia bark

In collaboration with No. 3 Gin from Berry Bros. & Rudd, the UK’s oldest wine merchant and the house gin at Raffles London at The OWO, these three Vesper martinis (served in a 60ml pour) will be served ice-cold, showcasing the diverse flavours that spies once savoured.
