Originally produced for the first mezcal bar outside of Mexico, Café no Sé in Guatemala, and thankfully now making its way into the wider world, Ilegal Mezcal is made in the town of Tlacolulain Oaxaca. And Viajante87 is the perfect host in London - celebrating spirits and ingredients from Latin America, the Notting Hill bar knows how to throw a good party.
