For one night only, seven Japanese Bartenders, renowned in their own country, who currently work in some of the best London bars and the UK drinks industry will gather together to showcase some amazing cocktails combining Japanese and European ingredients with authentic Japanese craftsmanship.

They will be using the original Japanese spirit, Shochu, as the base for their drinks on this special evening. One of the leading Shochu companies in Japan, Sanwa Shurui, producer of the well-regarded IICHIKO will be sponsoring the event and the new IICHIKO SAITEN will be unveiled for the first time in the UK and used in all of the cocktails.
