WHY WE LOVE THIS BAR...

The Dinings SW3 bar is a drinking destination in its own right, a place to drink and dine, and where walk-ins are welcome. Here guests can explore a creative selection of cocktails or sake, alongside comforting bites from Masaki’s Otsumami (お摘み) menu, literally meaning ‘something to snack on with food,' - don't miss the fried chicken. The cocktails are precise, elegant and delicately balanced so as not to overpower the restaurant dishes and fall under two styles, Kaizen or Ikasu. The Kaizen (改善) cocktails, which translate to mean ‘change for the better,' are a take on the classics, revised with a Japanese, and an often culinary edge. The Ikasu ( 活 か す ) selection, which translate to mean ’to use time to the fullest advantage', are more closely informed by the seasons, utilising ingredients in their prime.
