Wood fire restaurant with London-Irish vibes - they serve a selection of their own beers on tap and natural wine. Billed as London during the day, Irish at night - the menu is the brains of Chefs Richard Corrigan and Simon Merrick. The Irish speakeasy style bar underneath Daffodil Mulligan is separately named Gibney’s London. It is styled on your classic Dublin bar with a London x New York modern twist. The cocktails are split between short and long and include mostly Irish spirits. They love Stout so much they pour their own home brew on tap and the Irish Whiskey list growing by the week. This is a home to anyone who wants to suffer abuse and share a drink with their Dublin and Belfast bar team.
