Right up on the 39th floor of Heron Tower is this new addition to SUSHISAMBA. This space is really opulent - a mirrored walkway leads you through to the impressive bar - with a beautiful circular central bar counter with gorgeously squishy burnt orange bar stools and a view right across the city. There's low tables if you're with a group but it's the bar stools for us. The perfect pew to watch the team here work.
