We're very pleased to add Scales to the festival line up this year - a new project from two well respected bartenders, hidden below a bottle shop - Drink With Sasha - in Mayfair. Moody and low lit, the best seat at the house is certainly at the bar, where the team will happily talk you through their minimalist cocktails, served in super fine glassware. It's mainly walk-in only - so pick your arrival time carefully but they'll take reservations for parties of 5+ and there's a bigger banquet under a pre-Raphaelite-style mural if you're coming with a group.
