Opened in 2023 by Elon and the team from Amaro Bar, Twice Shy is a hub of innovation in mixology, focusing on experimental and modern techniques. Ingredients are uniquely crafted in their basement laboratory, resulting in minimalist and elegant drinks. The bar spans two floors, featuring a lovely, airy ground-floor bar with a five-metre black granite counter and a cosy room at the back, alongside a lounge and laboratory in the basement. Gorgeous when the sun is shining and when the windows are open onto the charming cobbled street outside. We like very much.
