Found on the ground floor of the building, The BoTree Bar is a pleasure for the senses with masses of green accents, a gorgeous teal marble bar and a colour-changing feature ceiling that feels just the right amount of 60s! Cocktails are minimalist and use responsibly sourced ingredients - which fits in with the whole hotel's ethos on conscious luxury being key - and the spirits selection is worth a run through as well. If you're staying for food then the nibbles are enough to cure a craving but for the full dining experience Lavo is simply sublime.
