A luxury little hideaway in Notting Hill, with drinks from the Pietro Collina (ex-Nomad) and managed by Veronica Di Pietrantonio (ex-Lyan Group), who brings inspiration from their latest travels around Latin America to the lucky folks in West London. Unfamiliar ingredients and a collection of more than 300 bottles of tequilas and mezcals will appeal to the drinks-savvy, and the cork walls, low-lighting and abundance of velvet tick the box for date venues in the area. We're excited to see where this one goes, as it's already onto a winning formula!
