The global home for the wonderful Assouline brand is a beautiful bookshop which has it's own lovely little cocktail bar inside. The Grade II-listed building, once a high security bank, is the perfect setting for such a place - high ceilings, big grand windows and dark wood panelling give it an extra touch of romance as well. The cocktails here are inspired by the books (naturally) and the small selection of accompanying dishes, make this an excellent choice for an early evening aperitif or a solo drink at the bar - you're in good company after all.
