Another welcome addition to the Swift brood, this time a short stroll from London Bridge and Borough Market - finally giving us somewhere to enjoy those sensational Sgroppinos, south of the river. The setup is similar to the original Soho locale - Upstairs at Borough is the brighter (slightly larger) 1900s-inspired space, with delightful aperitivos and a hefty bubbles section, for walk-ins only. Downstairs in the secret Back Pocket you can sink into a low-lit leather banquette and sip on something really special, without a care for the world outside.
