Housed within the National Gallery, this imposingly grand room is utterly charming. The name obviously refers to the colour - all soft mustards and earthy greens - paired with pale rattan and beautifully veined marble. This feels like stumbling upon a well kept secret in the very centre of London... It's not open late early week, so maybe make this your first port of call Monday - Wednesday... Once the weekend's waving at you, there's an 11.30pm license - well worth a visit.
