Rondo feels more like it should be a little more east, but we love that somewhere with such a neighbourhood vibe is slap bang in the middle of Holborn! It’s got the usual Hoxton hallmark stylings throughout, so a good mix of tables, bar stools and padded half-booths – all very tonal and relaxed looking. The ample bar seating is a great option to watch their signature cocktails come to fruition or there’s an extensive wine list to work your way through too. Food is served throughout the day, and as the kitchen is headed up by Chris Gillard (ex-St John) there will never be a shortage of plates at your table. The wine wall is a nice touch and you can’t go wrong with a visit to this all-rounder.
