An absolute favourite among bartenders far and wide, for two reasons – they serve piles of great value tacos until the wee hours and the bar downstairs is one of the few places in Soho that is genuinely open late and you can have a boogie without a care for who’s watching you. The restaurant upstairs is always a fun experience, exactly what you’d expect from first appearances with astoundingly great value prices to match. Wipe clean tables are the stage for giant Margaritas and copious amounts of some of the best tacos we’ve had in London, served until 2.30am from Monday to Saturday. If you’re there late, you’ll bump into a few hungry stragglers on their way home after a night out, sat shoulder-to-shoulder with some of Soho’s hospitality superstars grabbing a bite after a long shift. When the need for louder music and the promise of a dance floor calls then The Pink Chihuahua downstairs ticks all the boxes. Yes the floors may be a bit sticky and the toilets are less than desirable, but we challenge you to find somewhere else in the area that is open as late and still serves up some world-class cocktails with a good old dose of unadulterated fun!? It hasn’t changed since the day it opened… and we hope it never does!
