A massive contributor to making Mexican restaurants so popular today and one of the first UK tequila bars when they opened in 1982 - we’re so glad this place exists! A warm, cantina-style welcome awaits as you step inside, with an explosion of colour, smiles and Margaritas. They’ve got Mexican beers, pitchers of cocktails to share and a vast tequila and mezcal menu. In fact, these guys have been stocking some of the best agave spirits from the very beginning, as well as some lesser known ones like bacanora, raicilla or sotol - no lime or salt though, you’ll drink it like a proper Mexican here. The food is equally as appealing and caters for all, with a menu packed full of authentic flavours. From the chimichangas to the enfrijoladas and all the cocktails that go alongside, the portions are generous, the service is great and we always have a good time.
