We’re not sure why no-one has tried out this concept before, because we love it. An un-complicated neighbourhood-style joint right off the busiest part of Oxford Street and opposite the side entrance to Selfridges – where all the super cars are parked. The walls are lined with pictures of family and friends in the industry (hence the name) and there’s shelves and shelves of records patiently waiting their turn to be played. We love the comfy brown leather bar stools, where you’ll more often than not be sat next to a bartender on their day off or just finishing their shift. There’s a good amount of high tables in the rest of the room, as well as seats outside – always a good card to have up your sleeve on a sunny day. The food and drinks bring only joy, nothing complex or scary on this menu and without a doubt, one of our favourite bars since the day it opened.
