This is the first stand-alone bar from the infamous chef, Adam Handling. Located underneath his Covent Garden restaurant and with the same, slightly experimental approach to food & drink that draws the masses in from far and wide. The neon light signals the staircase down to this hidden gem, with a lounge-feel throughout… and thanks to the faux stained glass window art from JJ Adams, ivy covered nook and the overall air of temptation in the place, there’s a slight nod to the biblical lady the bar is named after. Drinks often come with edible, foodie garnishes, but we’d recommend still ordering some snacks, as it’s a great way to try Adam’s food without heading upstairs.
