The bar here is well-stocked with over 200 rums from around the world, served up into an array of colourful cocktails and punches in bountiful vessels for your pleasure. There are vintage prints, a sipping salon and a grand house veranda overlooking the dancefloor that all offer up a taste of the Caribbean... And duly noted, they go late at the weekends so be sure you bring your dancing shoes.
