Swift slid into our lives in 2017, replacing industry hang-out of legendary status,  LAB. It was a tall order to fill those shoes, but with a team that truly care and a very good make-over, this has now become a must-visit venue in the busy streets of Soho. The ground-floor bar has an ice-cream parlour vibe (so be sure to try the Sgroppino) and is the perfect first stop after work while the sun’s still out and the night’s still young. If you’re looking to settle in the basement bar has a totally different atmosphere, with a cracking whisky list and often someone tinkling the keys on the upright. Request one of the corner booths downstairs and you’ll be well placed to enjoy some of the best and most award-winning cocktails in the city.
