A look back on The Little Cocktail Villages, new for 2022

For London Cocktail Week 2022, Little Cocktail Villages popped up around the city! A collection of immersive pop-ups all serving delicious cocktails for just £7!

You asked and we listened! For London Cocktail Week 2022, we brought Little Cocktail Villages to the festival line-up. The micro-hubs were dotted across the city, and each hosted a collection of immersive pop-up bars, all serving up delicious cocktails.

Entry was completely free and London Cocktail Week wristband wearers were able to enjoy drinks at the festival price of £7. 


THE LITTLE COCKTAIL VILLAGE IN BELGRAVIA











This Little Cocktail Village could be found in Eccleston Yards -  a stunning, urban oasis in the heart of Belgravia. Only a stone’s throw from Victoria station - the beautiful courtyard is filled with original stores and artisan eateries, it is London’s discreet gem in the centre of this historic neighbourhood. 

WHAT THERE WAS TO DISCOVER 
: With award-winning Mirror Margaritas, classic cocktails from G'Vine gin, El Banderra aperitivos in the late afternoon sun and the mantra 'more fizz - less fuss' from the stellar team at Schweppes - this beautiful, festooned courtyard was buzzing throughout the festival. Not to be outdone - the residents of Eccleston Yard were also involved - with £7 Signature Cocktails available from Wild By Tart, Morena, Jones Family Kitchen and even The Biscuiteers! THE LITTLE COCKTAIL VILLAGE IN BOROUGH YARDS

Borough Yards is a vibrant new destination right next door to the famous Borough Market. Based in and around a series of restored and reconceived railway arches, the brand new development is a two-minute walk from London Bridge station with world class bars and restaurants on its doorstep. 

WHAT THERE WAS TO DISCOVER : With an explosion of colour, scent and sound from Herradura Tequila, traditional Kakigori Japanese ice shavings with Roku Gin and salted honey cocktails from Highland Park - who brought a taste of Orkney to the Village there was a real mix of flavours and techniques to explore here. Plus for those after more classic cocktails - there was a full portfolio of your favourites be it Espresso Martinis or Manhattans at the Classic Cocktail Bar. In need of a palate cleanser? Our friends at Small Beer served beer aperitifs from their Mini Bar, Tulchan Gin brought their bike bar PLUS new additions to the festival Bar Daskal, Brother Marcus, Vinoteca and Everyman Cinema also joined in! THE LITTLE COCKTAIL VILLAGE IN COVENT GARDEN

Covent Garden is an iconic destination and one of the largest pedestrianised areas in the West End. The area is home to an unrivalled blend of global and independent brands as well as a vibrant selection of outstanding bars and world-class restaurants - this was the third year the festival has partnered with London's experiential playground and ​​one of the most famous meeting points in the capital.

WHAT THERE WAS TO DISCOVER : You couldn't miss the Rooster Rojo Bus Bar and the Stoli Fire Truck slap bang in the heart of Covent Garden piazza! There was so much to explore here with limited edition Stoli® bottles created in exclusive collaboration with Jason Naylor and a brand new addition to the Rooster range, their Ahumado Smoked Tequila. Plus Bumbu Rum made an appearance and Puerto De Indias brand new liquid - Blackberry Gin - just in time for the seasons to change. THE LITTLE COCKTAIL VILLAGE IN DEVONSHIRE SQUARE

The beautiful space is within an 18th Century warehouse complex housed under a spectacular glass roof. This is a true hidden gem - an oasis of character in the heart of the city.

WHAT THERE WAS TO DISCOVER : Spread across two courtyards, the first was home to Five Rivers - an Indian spiced rum who were celebrating Diwali surrounded by candles and lanterns. The Sanpellegrino Piazza Bar transported guests directly to the Mediterranean and Benriach's Cocktails & Drams - a clandestine oasis for whisky-heads - gave the chance to taste the oldest dram of the festival. In the Central Courtyard, and all under canvas, there were delicious cocktails and free masterclasses from Grey Goose Vodka, Bombay Sapphire Gin and Tequila Patron who also brought the Taco truck into the space. Residents of Devonshire Square were also involved - with Devonshire Terrace and Cinnamon Kitchen also joining in on the fun. Discover more details.
