The Botanist Gin Martini Masterclass & Oyster Taster Session

London Bridge

What to expect...

A two minute walk from London Bridge station, take the Borough Market exit and once above ground turn down Stoney Street (The Southwark Tavern is on the corner) - and our Little Cocktail Village is on your left under the beautiful refurbished railway arches.

Join The Botanist for a martini making masterclass at The House of Cocktails pop-up under the arches at Borough Yards. They'll tutor you through a session on how to make the perfect martini at home and how to adapt it to your personal tastes.

While you're stirring your tailored ratios of gin and vermouth, enjoy the perfect partner of an oyster or two. Limited spaces will be available so please book in advance.

The Botanist is a gin of layered complexity and a progressive exploration of the botanical heritage of its island home. Twenty-two hand-foraged herbs and flowers are gathered seasonally and responsibly across the island of Islay in Scotland by two professional foragers. This botanical bouquet is perfectly preserved in a slow, simmer distillation and a specially designed still - complete with botanical casket in the top of the still to preserve the delicate aromas and flavours that are gathered year-round.

All Little Cocktail Villages are free entry and wristband wearers are entilted to £7 cocktails at all the exciting pop-ups.
