Discarded Spirits and Scout firmly believe that the age of disposability is over and that everyone has the capacity to be more resourceful in all aspects of life, particularly when it comes to making drinks. Join Discarded brand ambassador Calum Fraser as he shows you how to get a second life from foods around your home that would normally go to waste and even more importantly how to make some banging drinks with them.
On this masterclass you will learn the unbelievably simple ways to make your own fruit cordials, Pineapple Kombucha (yes, PINEAPPLE KOMBUCHA) and even homemade coffee liqueur!
Each session includes a welcome drink on arrival and a Discarded bottled cocktail to take away with you at the end of the session, as well as all the knowledge you’ll need to start making great sustainable ingredients and cocktails at home. In addition, an amazing sustainable

Each session will be a maximum of 5 people and are running at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm on the evenings of Thursday 29th, Friday 30th and Saturday 31st October. Book early to get your spot.
