Velvet Bar by Salvatore Calabrese at the Corinthia will be taking you on a journey of flavour, education, history and taste as it explores classic cocktails using spirits from a bygone era from Salvatore’s personal collection.
Available exclusively for London Cocktail Week, the following cocktails are all served in 60ml measures and available individually or as a trio.
- Churchill Manhattan ( Robust and slightly tangy)
Johnnie Walker Red Label (circa 1970) - Cointreau liqueur (circa 1930) - Martini Rosso Vermouth (circa 1980) - Fresh Lime juice.
- Daiquiri. ( Citrusy and Dry)
Bacardi Superior (circa 1980) - Caster Sugar - Fresh Lime juice
- Milano - Torino ( Bittersweet Aperitif)
Campari bitter (circa 1970) - Martini Rosso (circa 1980)
£45 per serve, or available with all three together for £125
