What to expect...
Actor and cocktail lover Stanley Tucci is a long-standing arbiter of exceptional taste and has been an inspiration for the Tastemakers of Tanqueray No. TEN and Artesian's Head Bartender, Giulia Cuccurullo. Giulia is a distinguished mixologist, renowned for her innovative and refined approach to cocktail creation. Together, as part of the new Make it a TEN’ residency at The Artesian they introduce a specially curated cocktail menu, for the ultimate sensory experience.
The cocktail menu, guided by the unique citrus heart of Tanqueray No. TEN as its inspiration, features Tucci’s and Cuccurullo’s interpretations of the Gimlet, a French martini cocktail, and French 75. The Gimlet is fresh yet balanced between sweet and sour, evoking memories of seaside strolls during Italian summers, with hints of coconut, vanilla, and a subtle, herbaceous finish. The French 75, a sparkling, aromatic twist on the classic celebratory drink, takes inspiration from the perfume world, incorporating jasmine tea "Champagne." The French martini cocktail offers a delightful blend of sweet, fruity flavours with a light, floral fragrance, enhanced by the distinctive aroma of cactus, reminiscent of Southern Italy.
The three full sized drinks will be served to take you on a liquid journey - and will be paired with bespoke bite-sized canapés, thoughtfully curated by The Langham’s culinary team to perfectly complement and elevate the cocktail tasting experience.
